The terms that apply when you engage Drain Vision Limited to carry out work.

Drain Vision Limited (Company No. 9429046735829, GST No. 125-698-182) is a pipeline inspection and maintenance company based at 118A Queensberry Terrace, Queensberry, Otago 9383, New Zealand.
Estimates provided over the phone or by email are indicative only. A formal quote is provided where scope allows. All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. For residential jobs, our minimum service fee covers callout and the first hour on site — additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Payment terms are as follows:
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% per month. A fuel adjustment factor (FAF) applies to all invoices as noted on the rate card.
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work site, including any required permits or consents. Drain Vision reserves the right to decline or postpone work where site conditions present a risk to health and safety. Any costs incurred due to unexpected site conditions (e.g. buried hazards, restricted access) may be charged in addition to the agreed scope.
Drain Vision will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the services provided is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or consequential losses. All CCTV reports are prepared on the basis of what is visible at the time of inspection and are not a guarantee of pipe condition beyond what is shown.
Drain Vision holds SiteWise Gold accreditation. We operate under our own Health and Safety Management System and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Clients are expected to cooperate with our H&S requirements on site.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
