Drain Vision Limited (Company No. 9429046735829) is a pipeline inspection and maintenance company based in Queensberry, Central Otago, New Zealand. We are bound by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What We Collect

We collect personal information only when you contact us directly — through the enquiry form on this website, by phone, or by email. This may include:

• Job address and description of the work required
• Communications between us relating to a job or quote

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or third-party analytics on this website beyond basic Cloudflare infrastructure logs.

How We Use It

• Issue invoices and manage payment for completed jobs

How Long We Keep It

We retain job and invoice records for seven years in line with standard NZ business and tax requirements. Enquiries that do not result in work are not retained beyond the point they are no longer needed.
